In a recent interview with Garth LovVorn Jr. he
informed us that "these houses are not given for
free to these selected occupants, they do have to
pay for them, they will have a reduced price and the
interest rate is very reasonable, but the
qualification are strict and we require copies of
their financial records and other work related statements".
